Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Navata purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges:

Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Process

  1. Email us at navatabynikita@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
  3. Customers bear the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • For exchanges, once we receive the item, the replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the product.
