    Shipping Policy

    • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your order.
    • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
    • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. Navata is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or courier issues beyond our control.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at navatabynikita@gmail.com with your order number.
    • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • Prepaid orders that are cancelled within the 12-hour window will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
