Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return/exchange.

- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
- Customers bear the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges
- For exchanges, once we receive the item, the replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
- For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the product.
